I am Terence Armstead, a licensed Physical Therapist, based in Clearwater, FL. I started treating first patients over 25 years ago. Since then, I have expanded my therapy options but still provide the same intimate, personal and excellent service I did when I first entered the industry.

I graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy Degree from Howard University. My Bachelor's of Science in Biological Sciences is from Stony Brook University. I've been a practicing Physical Therapist since, continuing my education as the industry progresses. I have extensive experience in home health, geriatrics, sports medicine, orthopedics and neurological settings.

I started My Mobile Physical Therapist to provide my patients access to Physical Therapy services without corporate obstacles. By not working for insurance companies there will be no restrictions on treatments, therapies, duration and number of patient visits. I offer convenient payment options. I am committed to providing relief from pain and a full recovery without the unnecessary use of pharmaceuticals. My goal is to restore the highest quality of life by utilizing the body's natural restorative abilities. Contact me to discuss how I can help you.

TESTIMONIALS

Happy clients

Doloress K.

Therapy has really helped me overcome some past trauma I had been keeping under a lid for a long time. Now, I feel happier and more confident in my life, and feel like I can walk with my head held high.

Anthony M.

Coming from a competitive sports background, the injury that ended up making me give up my career was a hard blow. With therapy, I was able to start building my identity around other things than just sport.
